"5/5 Stars – An Absolute Gem in Phelps!We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our son’s graduation from the Advanced Welding Institute in nearby Eagle River! Tucked away in beautiful Phelps, this property is stunning, and Dan was an absolutely incredible host from start to finish. He provided super helpful recommendations for literally everything—from local grocery stores to the best spot to put our boat in—and communication was effortless.The property itself is spacious and completely fully stocked. The game options were galore! We played everything from Connect Four, cards, checkers, and tic-tac-toe to spending hours at the pool table reliving our youth.Outdoors, the setting is pure magic. The lake was gorgeous, and the private pier was the perfect vantage point to watch both sunrise and sunset. We even spotted eagles and hawks flying over the water! Nights were spent around the campfire with the wood generously provided. Literally every single detail was completely thought out and taken care of—making meals was a breeze, and we loved wrapping up the evening with a family movie night.With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, everyone in our group had plenty of space to relax and celebrate comfortably.Quality people, quality property! We cannot recommend Dan and his beautiful home in Phelps enough!"

"the house was just perfect. The host replied to my question almost immediately in regards to one of the stoves burners. I only wished there would of been kayaks as listed. The house was very well equipped, and well kept up, and the outside views were perfect. From sitting by the fire pit and watching the eagles soar, and watching the loons near the pear. The access to the house was easy and the parking was great, we had 4 cars and a boat/trailer. The pier was perfect for our needs, as we were able to get out fishing as much as possible. Very easy to find and the surrounding cabins were very friendly. This is a perfect house for a family to unite and create memories. Will most likely re-book for next year and make more memories. Thanks Chris for a perfect family vacation!"

"Property was clean, and it was what was described. Could use some updating but was everything worked as should. Jake was was very helpful and accommodating answered any questions promptly.. Property area was clean and well kelp, docks are in very good shape with power available"
