Leave the condo and walk back in time to an All-American Main Street of old. Restaurants, Pubs, breakfast places, a variety of shops and the local swimming hole are minutes away by foot. Enjoy the beautiful hiking trails and biking paths of Franconia Notch State Park. Drive up the road to Clark's Trading Post and Whale's Tail Water Park. Head east for ten minutes and find yourself in the White Mountain National Forest. This house was perfect for close proximity to Loon Mountain! We loved having laundry available here and a full kitchen. The house was very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again!
Jack was an ideal host! He was great at communicating throughout the process and his house was perfect for our family during our NH vacation. Everything was comfortable and convenient! We would definitely stay again.
Perfect getaway location for what we needed. Walking distance to the beautiful downtown area and a short drive to Loon Mtn, Kancamagus hwy, Cannon Mountain and other tourist areas. Loved our stay and hope to be back.
Place was very clean and the owner was nice and responsive. The location is the best part about the condo as it is within walking distance to the downtown area with restaurants. And the A/Cs in the unit were appreciated for a warm summer weekend.
My friend and I hiked the Franconia Ridge Loop and this was a great place to stay! It was super convenient/short ride to the trailhead, close to town, and just a comfortable place to unwind after the hike.
The only suggestion would be for more check out instructions. We werenāt sure what to do with the linens/towels.
The condo was perfect for what we needed. It may be a little outdated but it is still very cozy. Its in walking distance to the town country stores and Woodstock Brewery Inn not to mention plenty of room for the family.
if only the weather had cooperated, it would have been perfect. Friday and Saturday were great, but sunday was a washout.

It's dated and in real need of updating.
I will say it was clean and very conveniently located. Some downsides. The dryer was not working, which in the winter and taking advantage of the winter sports can be a little inconvenient. The cookware in the kitchen is in desperate need of updating - silicone pans that are peeling, and lack of adequate equipment. Another disappointment was the unavailability of the fireplace - a big sign on it stating not to use. The furniture in the living room is VERY dated and worn. Refresh the paint on the walls and some updates, and this could be a great place!
Property was nice neat and clean. Kitchen had essential things we needed. Very conveniently located to nearby businesses and closer to loon mountain and Kangamagus scenic highway. Owner was responsive and prompt in answering queries. My wife expected hair dryer. I would give 5 star to this property. Will recommend this to other people.
Stayed a weekend with friends for a weddeing. The space was well-maintained, included what was listed, and was more spacious than it looks in photos! The owner was easy to reach, helpful, and thoughtful in his communication. We had a great experience!
