  • A rare opportunity to enjoy private river frontage and expansive views of the White Mountains from your back door. This stunning 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is perched above the Pemigewassett River with private access to one of the areas best swimming holes. The back deck offers sweeping mountain views and steps down to a fire pit and right to the water. Take a short walk up Main Street for dinner and drinks at North Woodstock`s best restaurants, or a short drive over to Loon Mountain.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    The stairs to the river via the boulder face are very steep, some may find them difficult t to navigate, use at your own risk

    The town beach is across from the river access at this property. It is posted for no trespassing.
