This stunning 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is perched above the Pemigewassett River with private access to one of the areas best swimming holes. The back deck offers sweeping mountain views and steps down to a fire pit and right to the water. Take a short walk up Main Street for dinner and drinks at North Woodstock's best restaurants, or a short drive over to Loon Mountain.

PLEASE NOTE:
The stairs to the river via the boulder face are very steep, some may find them difficult t to navigate, use at your own risk

The town beach is across from the river access at this property. We have it posted that there is no trespassing or access, but people do on occasion swim across and jump off the rocks on the right edge of the property.
