There were plenty of beds for all, it was clean, had some snacks and water for us at check in and the kids loved the ping pong table. It is a well thought out home for multiple families or several individuals traveling for a game day. The host was super communicative and accommodating. We would absolutely stay at this property again for a trip to College Station. "
