"I was given a different room than the one i booked. When i got in the room he bathroom door was locked. I went to get help from housekeeping. There were 3 girls down the hall but none of them.spoke english. We got that sorted and i reslized i did not get the walk in shower there was a bathrub. There was rust in the bath tub and the ceiling was coming apart. "

"The restrooms needed to be mopped better. It was a little nasty to find halfway wiped down. The afternoon lady that checked us in Friday April 17th like around 3ishh .. she was so sweet. Loved her. But the night shift rude very unpleasant. Saturday morning we went down to the bar and the man working the bar that morning had no character. Very unpleasant. He didn’t acknowledge us till he was completely done counting the register. We had to wait and you can tell he was not happy to be there. We were trying not to let him get to us but not everyone that stays there is from Denver. I come from California and I’m a happy person but I will match your energy real quick.
