"I recently stayed at Divya Sutra Plaza Hotel Calgary for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly when I arrived, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the night lamps near the bed were not working, which was inconvenient. Cleanliness and basic functionality should be a priority for any hotel. I hope the management pays closer attention to cleanliness and maintenance, as these basic standards are important for guests."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my phone and the front desk lady put effort in to help me and then called someone else to help when she couldn’t fix the problem. The issues was resolved and I really appreciated the care that was taken. Also the pool was great and I liked that the amount of people was limited so everyone got to enjoy without it being overcrowded."

"This place in generally a great place to stay, good location, great restaurant attached to the hotel, only issue is parking, the majority of the vehicles in the parking lot are people that leave there car there for weeks on end while on vacation! Would be great if they parked further away from the front doors so people that are actually staying at the hotel don’t have to walk from the deepest darkest corners of the lot with luggage "

"The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, and it was perfect for the adults to relax and enjoy the hot tub. Of course, the inside of the accommodation was also very clean.Staff were kind and immediately helped me with everything I asked for."
