"This may be our go-to hotel whenever we’re flying out of YYC. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the restaurant was great. Not having to wake up extra early, wait for a shuttle, and head out into the cold—especially with a small child—was such a relief. Being able to walk straight from the hotel to airline check-in was worth every penny and made for a smooth, stress-free start to our holiday. Highly recommend"

"The property was just OK. Breakfast staff very attentive but breakfast options were just Ok. Didn’t have a desk lamp in one room. No in-room safe. Some Housekeeping staff did not even have a rudimentary command of English language to understand what I was saying. Front desk staff needs training in customer service: front desk staff abandoned the desk at checkout on a Sunday during at least 45 minutes. Could be more friendly and attentive to guests. Not a bad hotel per se but not exactly inspiring me to return."
