"Hotel was clean. We did not eat breakfast there, but did have dinner at the restaurant and it was good. The tap water is horrible, but there was water station near the elevator. Would stay again. "

"The place was ok and my room upgrade was nice but the check in experience was terrible. The elderly woman at the check-in appeared overwhelmed. Their system was unable to process my credit card for incidentals. My card was working perfectly fine that day. When I told them that there is nothing wrong with my card they suggested to check with my bank. (Implying that I may have hit my limit). I went online and everything was ok with my card. Then she told me that if they can’t process my credit card I won’t be able to get my room even though it has been prepaid. Unbelievable. Then another clerk helped by temporarily putting a hold on my card for CAD 150 for incidentals. My card was working perfectly fine for that transaction. When I pointed out that obviously the card was working perfectly well all I got was an eye rolling. No apology. I cannot with a good conscience recommend this place. Imagine how you would feel if you can’t get your prepaid room because their system is malfunctioning and doesn’t recognize your Visa card for incidentals. Avoid. "

"We regularly travel to Calgary to visit our daughter and her family. We love the pools, and waterslides, our grand daughter can't get enough, ha ha. The lounge and restaurants are perfect for us. We usually eat most meals at the hotel. The pizza and pasta buffet is excellent and the Easter Brunch is amazing. My wife, daughter and grand daughter always get their nails done when we are there, the nail lady is fantastic. This has become our hotel of choice in Calgary not only for the amenities but the staff are the best I have seen anywhere. I hope they are treated well by Best Western. Anyway, until next time."

"The plumper is very good! Our room’s bathing water is not hot enough, he helped us to check and it takes time to fully fixed. He helped us to arrange to change the room efficiently! Much appreciated !! "
