"Sheryl at the front desk was amazing, helpful and happy. We asked housekeeping to change some sheets that had blood on them but they failed to do so, first try. Second try, done! Great place. Will return for sure. The restaurant and staff were top rate. The food was great and nice to not have to leave for all meals. Bartender was spot on asking a rude patron to turn down his phone (LOUD sports game). He reminded the patron "this is a family restaurant." Classy guy and handled it well. "

"I was hesitant to stay here because of the negative reviews. I am so glad I did not listen to them. I wanted a room that was safe, clean, quiet, and had a great view. This room exceeded my expectations. I felt very safe in the area and at the hotel. I am a clean freak. It passed my cleanliness test; it was immaculate. The room was quiet and we could not hear other guest. We had plenty of space and the room was perfect in every way. We loved the ocean view and balcony! Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make our trip perfect. The valets were super fast and respectful. The location was convenient to everything. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day! We will be staying there every time we go at Jacksonville."
