"The House of 1833 is a beautiful old home with an amazing collection of antiques. It is surrounded by old English style gardens. In late September we were a bit too early for fall colors. The owner is delightful and helpful and the food was wonderful! "

"We had a great stay at the August Apartment. Nichole was a wonderful host and was so quick to respond to any questions we had (and even answered most before we would have even thought to ask). The apartment was cozy and clean and was perfect for what my family wanted to do. It was such a calm 12 minute drive to Mystic Aquarium without needing I-95 and 14 minutes to Misquamicut. Despite being on a busy road, you'll barely notice the traffic noise with the A/C or a fan running and we had zero problems navigating to/from the apartment. I will say it may be best enjoyed by early risers as it gets sunny early in the apartment, but we have a toddler so it was perfect for our needs. Highly recommended if you're looking to bounce between the Mystic and RI beach towns."

"Charming, clean, newly renovated and nicely equipped house in the Pawcatuck which comfortably accommodated seven people. We appreciated the many nice touches that Wilson, the host, provided. In the large back yard is a table and sitting on it when we arrived was a Citronella candle, a lighter and a can of Off. As it turned out, we sat out in the yard and watched the stars and were completely unbothered by bugs without even having to use any of the supplies. The house is very close to Westerly, R.I., and to beaches as well as about 35 minutes drive from the Block Island ferry. Had a wonderful time."
