"Best hotel in Duluth"

"Beds were extremely comfortable and soft and clean. Great little bar and restaurant inside. Several firepits outside. Nice little boardwalk along the water. Beautiful sunrises."

"Our room was very spacious but a little dated. The continental breakfast really didn't have much to offer. Easy to get to Duluth's Lincoln Park neighborhood an downtown. Very quiet and over all a nice place for our needs."

"Check in lady was less then friendly. Made you feel like you were bothering her. Didn't mention you have to use the room key to get on the elevator. Only after standing there for a bit and another couple staying there came to the elevator did we find out. They weren't told either. Hot breakfast was cold and eggs were rubbery. Hot tub was luke warm not hot. Rooms were big with lots of room"

Waitress only one was very stressed and talking about other customers. I waited 35 minutes for my coffee and water glass. My husband waited 60 minutes for food. "
