"Hotel was nice and clean. We had a couple issues when we showed up, but they just said at the front desk handle them quickly. We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and then had to find out the hot tub was broke so that kind of was a bummer but otherwise our stay was nice."

"Our stay was miserable because the heat was apparently not working and hotel staff didn’t tell us upon check-in. Our room was 80 degrees and would not cool down. Casino staff shared this information which was frustrating that I wasn’t made aware of the situation when I checked in. None of us slept well to say the least!"

I received text messages asking how my stay was going if I needed help with anything message back. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to friends and family."
