"Property was exactly as expected from the description. The hosts communication and friendliness was second to none. My family loved our stay there, we roasted marshmallows in the backyard fire pit and spent plenty of time down down at the beach. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and was very generous with the share pantry setup. 3 bedrooms was a big plus with 2 young kids. "Lots of space at home and well-equipped! We were 5 adults, a 3 year old and a 10 month old, and a big dog, and we all had a great time. The host is very responsive as well and there are a lot of guides at the place that can help you navigate around. Great option for a family vacation!"

"A long time friend and I decided to do a hiking trip. She found the property on VRBO and it was BEAUTIFUL! It was well stocked and clean. The owners were easy to contact and even left a surprise for the visitors! The hiking trails were limitless and offered a range from easy to difficult. We hope to stay there again in the future and have already told numerous people about the home and pristine setting demonstrating God’s amazing creation surrounding us."

"We were very pleased with our stay. The cottage was clean and had lots of games/toys for us to enjoy as a family during down times. The location is ideal for day trips to visit many local hot spots (caves, beaches, waterfalls, farmer's markets, sand dunes). Even a nearby dog park so our pup could get in some exercise! The neighbourhood is quiet so the evenings and mornings were peaceful for reading/sitting on the deck. A lovely place!"

"My family and I just stayed at Lindsay and Dan’s cottage in Tobermory. We came to the area to show it to a French exchange student that is living with us, but it was mine and my daughters’ first time there too. Lindsay and Dan’s cottage is lovely, cozy, very well maintained and clean. It’s in a great location with a 1-2 minute walk along a path to Lake Huron, and about a 20 minute drive into the town of Tobermory. "I was able to celebrate my 40th birthday with some of my friends in this beautiful house. Everything was clean and new. Communication was fantastic! Overall, fantastic!"

"Damp smell throughout the house especially in the basement, there are 3 bedrooms at the main level and 2 bedrooms in the basement. The bedrooms in the basement were not used because there were many earwigs. As a result two adults slept on the couch in the living room. The kitchen was not cleaned. The dishwasher was not usable. Very dirty. We washed manually the dishes. The coffee maker did not work. We have used mostly paper plates and cups that luckily we brought from home. There was no air...
