"This is a great hotel in the heart of San Francisco. The easy access to cable cars, buses and the ability to walk makes getting places very easy. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel was in an amazing location. Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We could walk to most all attractions. The breakfast was spectacular. I loved the fire tables with the seating. We were disappointed there was no hot tub and we could hear the upstairs people walking around. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

"Beautiful location. Ample, but expensive parking. Rooms with marina view are large and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean, showers are inside a tub, and with grab bar they are very narrow. If bathrooms were remodeled, this would get 5 stars!"
