"My son and I had a wonderful stay. AJ was an excellent host, very accommodating, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! Our room was spacious, cozy, and clean. Close to everything we wanted to visit, as well as shopping, dining, and trolley transportation. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"LOVED staying here. Everything was great from the food to the accommodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was plenty of complimentary bottled water and coffee. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the big tub in the room. Due to low water pressure and lack of hot water we were unable to utilize it. It was a main factor in booking that room. BUT everything else outweighed that one little thing, would stay there again. "

"We enjoyed 2 nights in the Old Florida Room in April. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was delightfully unique and the breakfast at the on-site cafe was delicious. It was an easy walk to the beach and several places to eat. Bike rentals were close by and were a great way to explore the beach towns along the 30A. If ever back in the area, we would stay here again!"

"I have stayed here before with family a few years ago. My significant other and I were planning a trip for our anniversary and decided to come back. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast! We arrived a few hours before check in and they were able to accommodate us. The staff is very kind and offer happy hour in the afternoon. Will definitely be back again and again! Perfect trip for a romantic getaway. "

"Very nice and quiet in the heart of old town St Aug. The property was very quiet. Room AC good. Water pressure and hot water excellent. Staff very friendly. They provided a nice list of recommendations for local dining and activities. Off site parking was not bad, less than a ten minute walk away. The comp beverages were a nice touch and the fresh baked cookies were a treat. Be aware when booking that some rooms are on 2nd and even 3rd floor. Oh the daily breakfast is always something to...

"We stayed at the luau and we were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom, The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The area was beautiful and quiet. There was lot of fun places to go to nearby. The only thing negative was that the pillows were awful, and i woke up with a cramp in my neck. "

"When I first areived, the room I was given had a broken ac unit. I was immediately provided with another room, hassle-free. The only thing that made my stay unpleasantly, were The guest next door. They had several dogs which barked from 11pm -1am. The humans were loud themselves, constantly banging on their door because they were locked out. The location, convenience to the ocean, (oceanview) price, breakfast snacks, was what I was looking for. I would stay here again. "
