"Excellent hotel. My wife and I stayed for 3 days when visiting Coeur d’Alene. Only a four minute drive to downtown room was very clean and everything looked in great shape hotel staff is great as well. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony and it was very nice. One thing that was a bonus is every light post in the parking lot at a place for an electric plug to recharge our electric vehicle on 110voltage. You can reach a light pole from almost any parking spot. We will come back here again for sure. Paid half to 1/3 of the cost of staying in the resort."

"Nice place. I would stay there again. I was impressed with the variety of food and beverages offered for breakfast. I hadn't seen English Breakfast Tea in the Tea Sections in a while out of all the places in which I've stayed at. And I've felt like some British Tea for North Idaho just as I have back in my home state of Washington since North Idaho is more like Washington than Southern Idaho is despite the major political differences between the 2 states. North Idaho observes Pacific Standard Time just like Washington. And with the exception of I-90 in the interior of the Idaho Panhandle no posted speed limits above 70 mph, just like in Washington State and England and all the U.K., and more 60 mph posted speed limits on 2-lane roads in North Idaho just like state of Washington and the U.K., thus making North Idaho, north of I-90, a traditional English Tea drinking part of my country along with the state of Washington. And this place had some English Tea offered with Breakfast. Staff was great, too. And the hot tub was warm enough that I could just relax my legs in it without putting the rest of myself in there."

"The motel was older, but nice and clean. There was enough parking for each room. The size ice machine was too small for more than a single room. At 11:05 AM, staff knocked on the door and asked about check-out! Granted, we were 5 minutes past check-out, but I have never had that happen anywhere I have stayed. The location was great with many restaurants, lounges, shops, and the lake park within easy walking distance."

"The location was great! Many restaurants, lounges, and shops were within easy walking distance. We had parking right outside our room which was very convenient. The motel appeared to be recently renovated, and the room was very clean. The bathroom had beautiful new tile work with a low-height walk-in shower. The room included air conditioning, a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee service, blow dryer, ample towels, luggage stand, a desk, white noise machine, clock with built-in wireless charger, and nightstands on either side of the bed."

"The location was great! Many restaurants, lounges, and shops were within easy walking distance. Connies, a longtime favorite restaurant and bar is connected to the property. We were able to find covered parking both nights we stayed, but that area filled up each night. The room was clean. There were two sinks; one in the shower room and another with a vanity adjacent. The room had a nice desk area, microwave, refrigerator, an upholstered chair with an ottoman. Complimentary water and breakfast were included."

"Felt new & nicer than avrge. Couch & kitchenette area were divided w/ half wall which was nice to separate bed and TV area. Lots of extras to make it feel high-class. Breakfast was wonderful & well-staffed & attended by polite workers. We rated this lower due to the front desk was understaffed and too busy for only one person. She was polite & friendly for being so overwhelmed, but it resulted in a lack of good service. We waited behind several people to check in; we waited again an hour later behind 4 people to get extra towels. There was no time for questions to be answered. The building is huge with 4 floors & different wings, no map was provided or shown & just a few verbal directions were given. It took us a lot of time to find our room and then figure out the closest spot to park. The hall looks identical looking right or left w/ exit signs at either end. One end being the stairs and the other being the elevator and stairs. I was very turned around and kept going to the wrong end when I wanted the elevator. There was a spot for an ice machine on 2nd floor but no machine. We wandered around until we found one down on the first floor, but we should have been told this by the front desk. We were also expecting & needing a fridge/freezer but it was only a fridge. As we left the following morning there again were several people lined up needing help. Being able to easily park, find the room, get the help & info we needed & having a freezer would have given this a 5-star"
