"The lobby is beautiful. Food is very good. rooms were ok, the shower hear would not stay on the holder, kept falling on the floor. The shower rod that you select between the top overhead, and hand nozzle did not work. The caulking not installed right and 3 different shades of caulking unprofessional and dirty. show door seal not installed all the way to bottom. I complained , but did not do any good "

"Everything was great from start to finish! The resort was beautiful, clean, and such a great place for families. There were always fun activities going on, and Carlos with the activities team was the best — super friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The entire staff was amazing and always helpful and welcoming. We had a great time and would definitely come back!"
