"The room was clean and spacious. The gym had a lot of different type of equipment, and the pool was nice as well. The restaurants and Casino are always enjoyable! The room did get a little humid during the nighttime or after showers."

"From the pictures online one would assume this is an upscale hotel, but pictures can be deceiving. The rooms, including the ceilings, are painted a very dark forest green and the lighting is completely inadequate. That goes for the bathroom as well. I had to use my phone's flashlight to find things in my suitcase. And speaking of suitcases, there were no luggage racks, so we had to use the two chairs for our luggage. No microwave, no fridge, and no USB ports or outlets on or near the nightstand. The hot tub has been renamed a "soaking pool" because it has no working jets. You have to climb over an 18" wall to enter and exit the soaking tub and you have to bend over to reach the hand rail on the steps. It is really more of a hazard. The Wifi is classified as unsecure and our phones advised us not to use it. We were told when we checked in that we could not use the swimming pool and indeed we saw people working on it. Nevertheless we were charged $28.80 per day for what the desk clerk called an "amenity fee." On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the AC/heat worked. If you stay in one of the upper rooms (we did not) you will probably have a very nice view. Although we could not use the pool, it did look inviting. And if having a bar on the premises is important to you, this may be the place you want to stay."

"Close to the central plaza of old town. Walking distance to great restaurants, lovely shops, and 3 gorgeous and historical churches."

"Sweet renovation of a midcentury building into a destination boutique experience in Albuquerque. Super cute! Fun art and decor. Friendly staff. Nicely designed, comfortable rooms. However, a little strange to not include coffee provisions in the rooms nor downstairs; mediocre coffee at the bar. Also an unusual lack of trash and recycling receptacles around the property was inconvenient. Overall I'd recommend."

"Nice hotel. Would echo another reviewer’s comments about the beds needing an upgrade. Our box springs poked out and it was uncomfortable. Hotel grounds are pretty and location is quiet. Enjoyed the Sawmill. "

"Staff was very helpful, everything went smoothly. There was an additional daily charge that didn't show up until you checked in/out, $35/day. It covered parking your vehicle whether you used it or not. A "hotel" charge."

"The staff was great. Our room was amazing! And the breakfast was one of the best I've had before. I will definitely be staying there again. The only downside was the pool wasn't open. They were waiting for the inspector to give the go ahead."
