"Everything was good except for the housekeeping. We had to ask to get our room cleaned and get new towels. We stayed 4 nights, it was unclear if they would have looked after our room if we hadn't asked. Food was good in the restaurant and staff were very polite and helpful. Tea and coffee prices were a little high."

"Absolutely terrible! I arrived and my room was dirty and carpet was ripped up and they wouldn’t give me a refund when I chose to leave. Don’t stay here "

"The hotel is clean, pool area is clean. The pool is a little cooler than we like. Breakfast is good, fruits were disappointing and quite of rough looking. Coffee is gross. Rooms are a little smaller than we like, especially for a family"

"Indoor hot tub was under maintenance. Outdoor hot tub was good, but the waterfall had green stagnant water in it. We rented a large suite and it was very worn down for the price. Wall paper was peeling, rips in the couches, etc. Room was clean and bedding was comfortable but overall mediocre."
