"It is not exactly at downtown but it is in a walking distance to downtown (15 minutes)"

"Large, lovely rooms in a beautiful hotel. The parking was a bit tricky to navigate but we managed. We loved that the location was walkable to the old city but in a more park-like setting and easy to get to by car. Our only complaint was the noise. There was a lot of construction happening outside the hotel (obviously beyond the hotel’s control) and the constantly jackhammering wore on us, but even at night after the daily construction ended, we could really hear the street noises. "

"Outstanding hotel—views, rooms, dining and especially staff. One of us came down with a virus and we had to extend our stay-they sent up a curative tea and snacks and discounted our room! Concierge was very personable and knowledgeable. Great spot on the beach and easy walk to the old town and main shopping. "

"We found the location was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. Where the hotel fell short was not having coffee available in the lobby. We did use the parking garage. It was very tight and you had to use the same ramp to enter and exit which made for a stressful trip up and down. Of the 3 times we exited, the light which signaled for oncoming traffic did not come on 2 of those times. When the garage door opened there was another vehicle on the other side. "
