Beautiful hotel in a great location, just a short walk to the cathedral. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was charming, though the bed was a bit uncomfortable and it felt a little humid. Aside from that, everything else was great and I really enjoyed my stay.

Very helpful at check-in. Room was a good size, a/c worked well and plenty of light in the bathroom. Complementary water was a nice touch. Mattress on bed was very comfortable but the bed frame squeaked when either of us turned over, my only criticism, better bed frames needed. Breakfast was OK, warm food tended to be a bit tepid and scrambled eggs had a hard top on them due to standing under a heat lamp for too long. Nice swimming pool although I didn’t use it Overall a very comfortable pleasant stay. Thank you.

Don’t recommend this hotel

Way too much humidity and bad smell in the deluxe room. Air conditioning only on/off, freezing cold when on. Good location and excellent breakfast, though. Definitely not 4 or five star.

Wonderful hotel in a quiet area but just 7 minutes walk to the amazing cathedral and square . Great room overlooking the gardens with a side view of the cathedral. Spacious room with great facilities and very comfortable bed. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Great food.
