This was only a one night stay, but we would return to Hotel Montenegro for our next visit to the Camino. The location, cleanliness, and accommodations were all very positive. Having longer hours with front desk staff available would be the only improvement.
Great location and easy walk to the attractions. Teresa on reception was very friendly, welcoming an helpful with directions. Always makes a big difference.
The hotel has a perfect location, near the cathedral.
It is very clean, and the receptionist is very nice and warm.
The only thing I was on the 1st floor and you hear everything from the lounge that the hotel has, It is very noisy.
Also, the internet is not very stable.
Other than that I will stay again in that hotel
Overall a good hotel to stay in. Very basic amenities. No save, frigde, microwave, paper cups, tea, nothing. Bed is in smaller size. It has elevator. Location very close to interesting places and St. James Church just go out to the left, voila. There's the main side door
Boutique hotel. Good location, clean and modern. Front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay nice and convenient. I don't usually do a review but I wanted the hotel to recognize their staff’s value.

Well situated right in the old town centre. It would be great if the staff could help guests with arranging luggage transports by the post office - a confusing chore, which all hotels are familiar with, but they didn't seem to know how to help. But the staff is friendly and English speaking, which is a great help.
We loved everything about this hotel. The front desk was wonderful, the hotel is super charming. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. And the best part is that is right next to the Cathedral.
The only thing I wish is that Hotel.com would have been more accurate about the parking situation. The hotel does not have on-site parking because it’s located in the heart of the historic center (a block from the cathedral which is spectacular). The front desk reception apologized for the confusion and was very helpful but says she is constantly having to tell the guest who call to check in asking where to park that they do not have parking. Other than the parking issue, the hotel is lovely and just a short 7 min walk from the closest parking lot (Interparking Plaza de Galicia) but it’s still a distance from the hotel. If staying for a day or two, bring just a backpack and/or small carrying. A medium size or more than that may be difficult to walk with but doable.
Worst hotel ever. No attendant after 17:00. They scolded us loudly over the intercom when we go to the hotel at 18:30, we didn’t check in on-time so that a lady was yelling us over the intercom. They said they emailed us before 17:00. When you are on the road, you don’t have wifi connection, you are not checking email either. They were super rude. We had to send our passport pictures over What’s up app ( no other option) outside the hotel. Imagine if you arrive late at night, they will not assist you at all. No parking, you park at the central location, then you dragged your suitcase up the hill, down the hill to this hotel.
Finally let us into the hotel after standing outside for 10 minutes. There is nobody assist you at night or early morning, amenity is only small public coffee machine and water dispenser. The room was big enough but the whole experience with them was worst ever we have experienced.
Nice place in the old city but difficult to get there from the Main Street, especially with luggage and the need to park.
Front desk was very helpful trying to navigate us.
