Fantastic experience with our 2 small dogs. Dog friendly hotel.The staff were very helpful and professional. Great customer service when we encountered an issue with lunch that was dealt with promptly and really elevated our experience. We stayed just one night for an event but next time we plan a longer trip and we look forward to returning to The Dolder Grand Hotel. Clean cozy room with a gorgeous Mountain View!

Great hotel in the heart of the City, adjacent to a park and art galleries. Free parking was a bonus. Excellent breakfast, including eggs made to order. Enjoyed restaurant for dinner as well.

Really an awesome hotel with a magnificent view of the lake. It's a short distance outside the city but still a nice quiet neighborhood. The rooms are awesome, clean, modern and good quality. Staff is friendly, and the wifi works really well. I can highly recommend a stay in this hotel.

Great staff and nice hotel. Close to train station and walking distance to many attractions. Parking was a little difficult to find (within the train station underground structure) but was convenient. Would happily stay again

Nice stay in the city centre. The hotel is just few steps from what you need to see in Zurich. I reall appreciated that the rooms weren't in the nowadays' all-look-the-same-way hotel room style. A city guide with painted pictures was also nice. The only thing that made the stay not totally totally great was the reconstruction. The guys were kind, but still, it was all a bit provisoire at the reception and lobby and one had to go down the stairs with a luggage and not to hit the painting...
