Clean room, great location, staff was really good and the restaurant was excellent.

Room was good, check in staff was very friendly, the hostess though for breakfast this morning was less than friendly. Many people were waiting for about 5 minutes with no hostess in sight. When she finally came, she grabbed some food and served a guest. Then she told the group of us to clear the area we were standing in , it was for the wait staff. As she left, without addressing us otherwise I asked about seating, she instructed us it would be a few minutes. Another guest asked if she was throwing us out…I said yes. We took our party of 3 and spent our $60 for breakfast elsewhere.

Room was nice and cozy

This hotel was in very close proximity to Love Park which was our goal since our visit there was to the Christmas Markets. My only complaint is very small but would have really made a big difference to me-there was no conditioner in the bottle in the shower. I didn' realize this until the end of our stay or I would have said something before then. Everything else was fantastic!
