"New hotel with great amenities…just wish the parking situation was better"

"Terri was a wonderful host! The continental breakfast was a great start to my day and had a good selection of food to choose from. The bed and breakfast has ample parking and it's a short walk to downtown Charlevoix. The street traffic can be very loud in the morning. So if you plan on sleeping in I would suggest booking one of the rooms farthest from the front of the house."

"Very well kept historic but updated propriety. Room was a fantastic size and bed and pillows were wonderful. Nice touches during check in and any minor issues that came up were handled with care. Each am they had a delicious continental breakfast including local blueberry scones and muffins. "

"Entrance not well marked nor lit up. I arrived at night and passed by first time. Staff extremely polite,friendly,helpful. Room clean. Bed (mattress) sloped,uneven. Hot tub and pool were comfortable our first night.Second day the hot tub was NOT working and pool was cold. Also sauna room locked."
