"Rooms need updating — the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor even when it was completely closed. Mattresses were not great. They did have great a/c and a nice lobby area but it is definitely not worth what they charge. "

"Great rooms with excellent staff. Breakfast is one of the best I have had. Their restaurant had very limited options."

"No hot water, no refills of soaps, shampoo pr conditioner or anything, no refills of towels. Garbage littered all over the premise especially outside the entrance to building on the reserve part. "

"Room was spotless and huge! Convenient location to downtown restaurants and the riverwalk. Already booked again!"

"The staff was great! Angel and another lady who was at the front desk (her named started with an A as well) were awesome!"

"Had to extend my stay to six nights due to flights being canceled twice. Staff at the front desk were amazing and so helpful! Bar and restaurant in the lobby has great food and drinks, and the best staff! Room was clean and spacious King bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping is quick to respond to any needs .My only suggestion is to change out the pillows from feathers to something that actually has a little bit of support. Parking lot is very well lit on every side of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!!!"
