Built in 2014 with 4 bedrooms including a king bed, a queen bed, 2 full beds, a bunk bed, as well as a sleeping loft with a futon and a single bed, there's plenty of space for all guests. This home has 2.5 bathrooms with 2 showers, 1 soaking tub and private water closets. Spend some time in the upstairs den relaxing while watching a movie or listening to music. The outdoor spaces include a private courtyard with a chiminea and grilling porch, a Juliet balcony with seating overlooking the courtyard, a screened porch with ample seating, an outdoor dining porch, and a fire pit with seating for everyone. Take advantage of the large shared backyard to hang out with the neighbors and other football enthusiasts, or play some basketball on the community court.
