The front desk associate was super nice, but the room was not the best. I travel a lot so i always check the beds for bed bugs, and one of the mattresses looked like a crime scene from the first 48. "I've never stayed at a Hilton property where management allowed very large loud parties to continue in the large open Atrium areas where all rooms are effected by the very loud party attendees, until after 1AM on a weekend evening. Or where management allowed groups of children to run the halls & bang on doors of other guests, very late into the evening as well. After speaking with several locals at a local event at another location, I discovered that this hotel is known to be a party destination for large loud parties late into the evening. Wish I knew this before booking."

"We've been staying in the same hotel when we're in the area! Staff are friendly and the place is clean. We love the game room and the pool. Hot tub was big. The gym is well equipt. Breakfast is normal. Rooms are clean. The cookies at the front desk are a nice touch! Only 2 things to point out: They didn't have hot chocolate this time. And our shower head seems to be clogged. Still, all good!"

"Not very clean. Pretty random down. Shower was so nasty we didn't even want to use it. Had to have the service desk guy fix the TV. Truly needs a good remodel and things replaced."
