I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia - the location was perfect."

I asked them to come back at 11 and they never cleaned the room until repeatedly asking both them and the front desk. The room was finally cleaned around 4:15 in the afternoon. I would have expected more from this hotel."
