"Great customer service. The receptionist was very welcoming and helped us purchase blue and green parking tickets. Breakfast buffet has variety of options. Clean and tidy.

"We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out.
Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend! "

"The check in procedure takes more than 40 mins. At the beginning , the front desk said that he cannot find my reservation and ask me wait until he at last find my reservation. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent! "
