"Unfortunately, we had difficulty locating the shuttle stop. The hotel must install guide signage around the airport and around the parking area. Yellow taxi cab drivers were providing different instructions to us. Some stated that the shuttle will be passing along the ramp. Some pointed in a different location. Airport staff were clueless. The hotel staff was great and welcoming. Thank you. "

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a total of 7N in September before and after a tour. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is easy walking distance to the main pedestrian boulevard (about 2 blocks) which is lined with shops and restaurants. At the other end of the hotel’s street, trams are available. Next to the hotel is a Bulgarian restaurant which is good and beautifully decorated inside. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. The room had a safe and tea and coffee making facilities. Our only room concern was the air conditioning could’ve been cooler but we simply opened a window to cool the room more."
