"Was here for 1 night with my husband and toddler. Excellent location!! There’s a Publix, surf style, and Starbucks right there — 1.5 mi away from Public beach access Shira St at 2882 Scenic Hwy 98. Room — the studio is spacious! The room itself was clean enough. Bathroom also decently clean enough. Small towels. Full sized fridge was a plus. Beds are hard, but how long are you laying in bed? Continental breakfast as expected; no issues w parking. Felt safe. Was awesome for the money on a 1 night stay! So quick to the beach and beach shopping! Would def stay here again. The lobby and elevators are dated."

"When we first entered the hotel, there was a delicate, pleasant scent that made a nice first impression. The lady at the check-in desk was very welcoming and attentive! However, The elevator was smaller than expected, and the hallways were narrow. Thankfully, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pillows were not very firm, so having two firm pillows on each bed would be a nice option. The breakfast selection was sufficient and the handwritten menu was a nice touch! I especially appreciated how attentive the employees were about keeping the food stocked. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with spacious rooms and attentive staff."

"So this is the bad: 1. AC went out first night 2. Fridge had to be replaced first night 3. Overcharged me for parking 4. Self parking pass didn’t work after overcharging ( pass is like a room key) 5. Pool water is super hot. 6. Self parking area is small 7. Can’t select hours for renting beach equipment 8. Walls are super thin 9. Unexpected fees, like 30 dollars to park daily, and 50 dollars a day resort fees. The good: 1. Beautiful property 2. Good food for breakfast (especially Sherise) 3. Friendly staff 4. Amazing private beach access 5. Lots of family activity to do 6. Starbucks coffee free all the time 7. Sprinkles cafe is good for a small breakfast. Yes the bad out weighed the good, but it was a nice resort. Wish that fees would have been explained for the resort fees. Expedia and Henderson should work together to have this as a prepaid thing. Then to pay for parking every day is crap. And the taxes to stay there are a bit ridiculous also. The primrose has a good buffet breakfast. Just do that, cause the other breakfast items are eh. And if you can get Ms. Sherise as your server, do so cause she is awesome. Overall we did enjoy our stay, but mostly cause of the beach and events we did. Not because of the Henderson."

"Hi, room, staff and breakfast were excellent. Staff particularly so. Great value. Taxi from and to the airport was a rip off. Suggest you restore the Courtesy Van and Charge a minimal fee. Overall, great."
