"I’m not sure it’s possible to say enough good things about the staff during this stay. The customer service was extraordinary. After checking in, my room key didn’t open my door; when I returned to the front desk, I was, without asking, issued a voucher for a free breakfast. When I asked why I was being given that, she replied, “you shouldn’t have had to come down. Hopefully this makes up for it.” Also, I booked my stay here almost solely because of the guest-use laundry facilities. After seeing the “out of order” sign on the dryer, I approached the front desk. In just a few moments of conversation, the manager approved having a load of laundry done in the hotel facility machines by a staff member. Also, the breakfast serving staff were phenomenal."

"The room wasn’t up to my standards as far as cleanliness. The fridge was dirty and had stains on the outside and the shower needed to be deep cleaned. Also hallway had a strange smell. "
