"We just got back from a 2-night stay at Okana Resort, and overall we had an amazing experience! We made the 3-hour drive from Texas with our two 9-year-olds and our 2-month-old, and it was well worth it. Our room was ready about an hour before the official check-in time, which was a great start to our trip. The kids absolutely loved both the lagoon beach and the indoor water park. There was plenty to keep them entertained, and everything was clean and well maintained. We ate at Jackrabbit our first night, and it was delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we went back for the breakfast buffet the next morning, and it was just as good. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, and the overall atmosphere made for a fun and relaxing family getaway. The only issue we experienced happened on our last night. We used valet, and when we picked up our vehicle to go to dinner about 10–15 minutes away, we were told our keys were in the center console. We drove to dinner without realizing they had accidentally left someone else’s keys in our vehicle. Around 10:20 p.m., when we were ready to leave, our car wouldn’t detect the key. That’s when we realized we had been given the wrong set of keys. We called the resort, and they quickly found someone who could bring us the correct keys, but it still took about an hour. Under normal circumstances, this wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but waiting in a hot parking lot late at night with a 2-month-old was stressful. Our baby ended up getti"

"Room was nice and clean. Staff not terribly helpful and trying to work from the common areas was nearly impossible. Got several looks from staff as I was trying to take a meeting on a deserted rooftop patio - no other guests there to bother. But the staff seemed annoyed that I was there at all. Actually dragging chairs across the patio and making as much noise as possible. Also water pressure in the shower was low. No free parking - valet for $20 or self park for $18. For that price I would not stay here again."

"There was a problem with both rooms i stayed in. First room #101 had recently had a leak that left the carpet wet and water coming up between the tiles. 2nd room, #105 had spongy tiles in the shower area. I dont think the tiles in room 105 were to be used in areas with exposure to water."
