"It is quite noisy because a lot of people stay at this hotel. They always slam the doors. However, the hotel is nice and easy to walk to the train and tram stations. Staffs are really helpful. Guests can leave the luggage there before checking in time."

"This hotel is unique in that It has a shuttle bus to and from Manchester Airport. We arrived by train for an overnight stay and the promptness and driver attitude was excellent Overall the Hotel was clean efficent and adequately catted for our needs Will certainly stay tthere again."

"Lovely stay at Voco - (re named was Brooklyn) very clean. Was cheeky at check in & asked re an upgrade. Whilst no availability to do so she did give us an accessibility room - (Room 110 - Ellis) very spacious & a corner dual aspect room. Hotel smells gorgeous! Breakfast was good."
