"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Franklin OZ house. It was a perfect place to get away for our Kansas girls weekend trip! The house is beautiful and has so many endearing features. The amenities are perfect and loved spending time looking at all of the collections in the house!"

"Host was had great communication and was very helpful. Property is awesome, great rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, coffee bar in the pantry, laundry room, kitchen, patios,,, all were excellent spaces. Add a fireplace, a Wii (we wore it out with bowling tournaments) and then the volleyball in gym,. It was an excellent family getaway, no noise, dinner reservations etc... just family time, would recomend. "

"We came to the area for a tournament and this was our home base for the week—-warm, homey and a great retreat from the gym. We mostly had breakfasts there and then late night snacks. The beautiful country drive to both Topeka and Lawrence was easy. We appreciated the quiet area! "
