"Location was great, hotel highlight was the breakfast each morning! Staff was friendly and location near Central station train was perfect for our stay. Room cleanliness could be improved, specific to dust on and surrounding light fixtures, switches near headboard. "

"Very noisy building works going on during the day. Room allocated (which was supposed to be an upgrade) was right next to lift which was noisy both during the day and throughout the night. This was the second bad experience at a Radisson hotel, would not choose the chain again as a result (2 strikes and out)"
