"I loved this hotel! Everything was perfect: the hotel, its staff, and location. They even had a USB converter I could keep till check out! Perfect place! "
"We stayed in a large studio for 3 nights on the second floor. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and accessible. Showers had good water pressure and ran hot, the bathroom was large enough to move around, had a fan, large windows, and closet space, and great L’occitaine amenities.
The only minor thing would be the shower stall, it’s quite small, though common in Europe.
The location is lovely, and walking around frogner is a visually stunning experience. "

"The location is ideal, allowing easy access to both city attractions and peaceful walking areas nearby. The breakfast is a true highlight with plenty of local flavor and excellent coffee."
"Our overall stay was fine. We did have to evacuate for fire alarms twice. Once at 4am and again the next day around 6pm. Additionally, the microwave in our room was broken and had to be removed. We were offered another room. However, that room was significantly smaller with only a couch bed and no kitchenette. We specifically booked our room at this hotel in order to have a small kitchen so this was certainly disappointing.
On a good note, the staff were friendly and helpful. One staff member to some extra time to help us book our airport return transportation which was very appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was substantial and the staff were very friendly. "
"We only needed one overnight stay and appreciated the closeness to the train station. One front desk agent was much more helpful than the other but otherwise the hotel was fine. The bar next door made delicious cocktails and there are several restaurants nearby."
