The apartment was cute! It was clean and smelled good! It looks like the finishes were rushed in the apartment but I did like the character of the different rooms! The front porch and the sun porch in the back were great sitting areas! If you like to watch TV, this is not a place for you! There's only like six channels available to watch and it's not a smart TV so you can't hook up your own stuff. The living room isn't much for lounging but we were gone most of our visit so it wasn't really a big deal. The neighbors upstairs had a dog that barked for a while each time we came home as the owners were not there. That was a bit annoying but I chose a pet friendly house so I can't complain😁 All in all it was close to stores and restaurants and only a 25 minute drive from the venue that we were attending. The fair was going on during our visit and I love that I got to watch the fireworks. It was a nice stay!

This is beautiful old home built in the 1800s it is not in perfect condition. It is in good shape with some minor cosmetic issues. It is priced fair it is in a safe location. With off street on premises parking short walk to a couple restaurants. Check in was a little challenging. I would reach out to host the day before check in. I grew up in this community and will stay here again.

The apartment was very nice and spacious. Loved the sitting porches. Great kitchen. Shower was perfect. Convenient for our planned activities. Bed could have been more comfortable. Tv area needs additional comfortable seating. Overall we would definitely rent again

attended the blue's festival was a great time. we were right across the street from it a short walk. the apartment was an old Victorian home with charm. there was a couple things that needed repair, the kitchen faucet came off and the floors were dirty. We were not in the apartment very much so it really wasn't a big deal

This rental is on the ground floor of a lovely older home located at the corner of two quiet streets, with a private entrance and convenient parking. It is very spacious with two bedrooms, a large sitting area and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation and the appliances are fully functional. There is an ample supply of linens, paper essentials, as well as hand soap and shampoo. The host, is an excellent communicator, and makes helpful suggestions on great local dining, shopping and attractions. It was a very pleasant stay.
