  • detached house is situated in the historic center of Noto, (Via Antonio Sofia). It 'a recently renovated apartment with two large and bright rooms, a large bathroom and a beautiful garden. It is a comfortable house, very quiet, ideal for a couple, even with child.
    L 'apartment is comfortable and very quiet, with air conditioning. It has a large living room equipped kitchen with everything. Room has a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
    There is a nice garden, equipped with umbrellas, chairs, table, barbecue, outdoor shower and a hammock.
    The apartment can be reached by car and in the next street is easily located parking.
    Nearby you are, pharmacy, restaurant, bar, cartolibreria, a small supermarket, a baker, a fish shop, various shops and the most important buildings of the city
