The building consists of 3 floors, on the ground floor there are two rooms with a bathroom for the lodging solution called Pietre d'Incanto; on the first floor there are two other rooms, with independent entrance, having 2 bathrooms. Finally on the third floor there is a terrace equipped for common or exclusive use by one of the apartments, from which it is possible to admire the dome of the Cathedral and the buildings of the historic center, as well as the sea of Vendicari.
