Nestled in the tranquility of the upper town of Noto, just a few steps from the charming Church of the Crucifix, this home welcomes guests to an intimate and authentically Sicilian atmosphere. Far from the tourist hustle and bustle, but only a ten-minute walk from the baroque heart of the city, it is the ideal choice for those who wish to experience Noto slowly, between silences, warm light and everyday life gestures.



Located in a quiet residential area and easily accessible by car, with free on-street parking, the home is on the ground floor and faces the street through a luminous entrance. The spaces are welcoming and well-kept: a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with queen-size bed and French balcony, a single bedroom, and a windowed bathroom. Newly renovated, the house is furnished with taste, without losing the bond with tradition. Every detail tells of day-to-day Sicily. An added value of the home is the private terrace, a corner of paradise where guests can spend moments of relaxation in the open air. Tastefully decorated, it features a dining table where one can enjoy outdoor meals, as well as a barbecue for convivial grilling under the Sicilian sky. This outdoor space becomes the ideal place to begin the day with a breakfast in the sun or to end the evening with an aperitif at sunset, immersed in the warm colors of Sicily.

Known as the Baroque capital, Noto’s historic center was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. Along the coast, you can visit the Calamosche Beach Nature Reserve, recognized in 2005 as “Italy’s most beautiful beach” for its crystal-clear waters.
