Located in Noto, Sicily, Villa Manghisi is a renovated 100 m² villa, perfect for 2 guests seeking relaxation and privacy. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed on a mezzanine and 1 bathroom with a spacious shower. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a workspace. Amenities also include a coffee machine, heating, and an outdoor shower.
Outside, a private garden offers beautiful views of the surrounding nature and countryside. The private outdoor pool, available from early April to late October, is set in greenery for maximum privacy. Unwind on the private terrace overlooking a picturesque quarry. There's also a private barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals.
On-site parking is available. Events are not allowed.
The villa is located between Noto and Palazzolo Acreide, making it an ideal base to explore Sicily’s Baroque sites. Electricity consumption above the weekly limit is available for an extra fee. The tourist tax is available for an extra fee.
