Surrounded by a spacious garden of over 4000 square meters with olive trees, aromatic and ornamental plants, there is a large private pool 4x14 mt. depth 1.5 mt. with a Jacuzzi corner, perfect for cooling off and enjoying relaxing moments in complete privacy. it also features an original safari lodge tent with a game room (pool table, foosball, and ping-pong table).

The villa, which is spread across a single level covers 200 square meters, boasts elegant interiors with refined, contemporary design. These comfortable and welcoming spaces include a bright living room, a lounge with a TV, a veranda with a dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a bedroom with a French bed and a shower room. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, 4 TVs, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, espresso and American coffee machines, an ice maker, and private parking.

Minimum stay 4 nights;
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00) upon request with extra charge of Euro 50.00
A security deposit of 1000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Important note: the tourist tax of 3.00 €, per night, per person excluding children up to 12 years, for max 6 nights, to be paid at the check in time
