Villa Sugarcane is a small and cozy home located in the Sicilian countryside, only 350 meters from the sandy beach of Lido di Noto. It is the perfect accommodation for couples or small families looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature.

The house is part of the Hiresicily property, a large Mediterranean garden covering more than 25,000 square meters, with lemon trees, olive trees and a wide variety of tropical fruit plants.

During their stay, guests are welcome to pick fresh fruit directly from the garden, including lemons, oranges, mandarins, figs, pomegranates, bananas, mango, avocado, guava, cherimoya, passion fruit, papaya and many other varieties depending on the season.

There are also hens in the garden, and guests can collect fresh eggs directly from the nest each day. The ancient olive trees produce excellent extra virgin olive oil.

The house includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture. Guests can relax under the shade of the trees or enjoy the mild climate of Sicily’s south-eastern coast.

Villa Sugarcane offers a simple yet authentic experience of Sicilian countryside living, just a few minutes from the sea and the baroque city of Noto.

The house follows eco-friendly principles, using high-efficiency heat pumps, energy-saving lighting and solar energy produced by photovoltaic panels.

by train - Noto is connected via the State Railways to Syracuse.
by car: via the A18 ME-CT-SR and A19 PA-CT-SR motorways, Noto exit.
For those coming by car or plane + car from Catania airport: - follow the signs for Siracusa - follow the signs for Noto - Take the Noto motorway exit - Continue towards Lido di Noto - Noto Marina. From Catania it is about 80 km south, along the coast, all on the motorway.
