"I very much enjoyed my stay. The renters were incredibly kind and nice and very helpful. They provided me with a nice little gift basket of goodies as well when I arrived. We had a little trouble with the language barrier, but were able to effectively communicate. Luckily they spoke some English because I did not speak any French. Very kind and nice people. It was a very convenient location for accessing the beaches. I enjoyed my stay very much."

"Beautiful and modern. Tremendous hospitality and care. Comfortable setting in an historical hotbed. The only disappointment was the chilly nights, which prevented a swim. Beautiful pool and outdoor area. If I ever return, I would stay there without thought. We loved it!"

"Loved our stay here in the Normandy area. Just loved this little town. The apartment was perfect, beds were comfy too! The owners were very helpful when we needed the heaters turned on! We hit a rainy and cold period! For those with mobility issues, fyi, all bedrooms are located up stairs. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights to explore Normandy by car. Port-en-Bessen is a perfect location and this house is in the middle of it. Wonderful hostess met us and walked us thru the house and made sure we were comfortable and all our questions were answered. She provided us with local and Normandy information and the house was extremely well stocked for us. Three wonderful nights and we were sad to leave. We travel a lot and this was our favorite house and town to stay in. We will be back!"

"We had wonderful holidays im Gite Èpervier. The holiday home is typical of the region, nicely furnished and well maintained. It is in a large orchard. A few meters and curves away from the D514, which is certainly true. The owner David is very friendly and pleasantly reserved. The location is ideal for exploring this part of Normandy, the Omaha Beach and Utah Beach. We had a wonderful week. The mixed weather was contemporary in our opinion."
