"Great hotel in a quiet location away from the tourist spots, but accessible within minutes via stairs or an elevator. The included spa amenities were fantastic! The cozy bar and lounge was nice to have after a day out exploring. Warm and hospitable. Everyone there was extremely helpful with all our needs and questions. Would stay there again! "

When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."
