The holiday flat is located in a single-family house or apartment building built in 1996, was renovated in 2023, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively environment, in a residential area, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, and terrace.

Novi Vinodolski, district Bribirska obala. The holiday flat is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property.
