A comfortable sofa invites you to relax. Enjoy the sea view from the approx. 5 m² balcony, which is equipped with a table and chairs – perfect for breakfast outdoors. In the communal garden on the ground floor, you will find a large brick barbecue and seating. Private parking is available directly on the property. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
