Your private sunny balcony is furnished with a table and four chairs. You can enjoy leisurely holiday breakfasts here with a view over the sea or relax in the evening at sunset. Down in the shared garden there is a traditional stone grill for pleasant hours outdoors. You can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
The 70m² holiday apartment for four to six persons is on the top floor of a three-storey apartment building that the owner also lives in. It is accessed through a separate entrance. It consists of a light living- and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (heating/cooling) living room provides two comfortable sofas and a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. The kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a Ceran cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. The two bedrooms are furnished with a 160 x 200cm and a 140 x 200cm double bed. One of the sofas in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed for two further people. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and also has a washing machine. Wireless Internet access, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
The apartment is about 600 metres from the sea and the nearest beach. It is about 900 metres into the centre of Novi Vinodolski. The nearest shops are just 150 metres away, with cafés and restaurants about 600 metres away.
